Your Story Matters!
You are Invited to Help Mark the 10th Anniversary of Act 39

Together, we are accomplishing a pivotal shift in cultural attitudes toward end-of-life choice.  As we mark ten years of End-of-Life Choice in Vermont, PCV invites you to share your experience and your perspective.  Later this year, we will organize the stories we receive and release them in a form we hope will inspire and educate others.

To spark your thinking...
  • Did you work on the Act 39 legislative campaign ten years ago?
  • Were you close to someone who chose to use medical aid in dying?
  • Are you a doctor who prescribes?
  • Are you a hospice provider who has cared for patients as they decide about requesting medical aid in dying?
  • What does it mean to you to simply have the choice?
Here are some options for how to record your story:
  • Call (802) 391-9911 and leave a voice message recording of your story.  Please include your name, phone number, and email address.  The voicemail can be up to three minutes.
  • Record a video or voice memo on your phone and send it to us as an attached file with an email to vtchoices@gmail.com.
  • Send photos and a written story by email to vtchoices@gmail.com.

Thank you!
