Your Stories...
and the 10th Anniversary of Act 39
To mark the ten-year anniversary of Act 39, the end-of-life Choice legislation in Vermont, Patient Choices Vermont (PCV) began collecting your stories about experiences utilizing the law. This is the first example, and we hope to include a story from you.
Kit Hood's story about the passing of her husband Allen E. Hood (January 5, 1943 - June 10, 2022)
Together, we are accomplishing a pivotal shift in cultural attitudes toward end-of-life choice. As we mark ten years of End-of-Life Choice in Vermont, PCV invites you to share your experience and your perspective. We will organize the stories and release them in the hope they will inspire and educate others.
